What are the other types of invitation to CoDERST?

The CoDERST may be called upon to give its opinion on draft regulations and individual acts, not only concerning ICPEs, but also the environment in the most general sense (water, air, waste, swimming pools, bathing, housing-related health risks, mosquito control). One of the most common cases is the classification of buildings as "substandard housing".

Do you have to accept the invitation?

No, this is not a summons, but the presence of the operator (or its representative for legal entities) is strongly recommended.

What are the risks if you don't respond to the invitation?

Not responding to an invitation is perceived as a lack of correctness. The fact that CoDERST members who have questions do not have the answer...
