2.1 Bringing the use of substances subject to authorization into compliance
For certain categories of products, application for authorization is compulsory (e.g. plant protection products), subject to exemptions linked to transitional phases (e.g. substances subject to authorization under REACh and biocidal products). If you are interested in chapter 15.1 :
the presence of a substance subject to authorization in REACh, you will find the deadline for submitting an authorization application and the expiry date for the use of a substance not subject to authorization in REACh Annex XIV; you should then contact the supplier to find out whether an actor up the supply chain will submit an authorization covering your use;
