How long do I have to comment on the environmental inspector's report?
The law does not set a time limit within which you can exercise your right to comment. Nevertheless, it is advisable to react quickly. If you fail to do so, you run the risk of the prefect notifying you of an order (additional requirements, formal notice) without taking into account the explanations and commitments you wish to make.
