6.1 Remember your reporting and information obligations in the event of an incident or accident

When a problem arises, ask yourself whether it can be classified as an incident or accident likely to affect the interests protected by ICPE regulations (see Managing an accident [FIC 0211] ).

If the response is positive, you then have an obligation to the ICPE inspector to declare the incident or accident, and to submit a written report in the event of an accident (see Managing...
