5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't forget to inform the commission

You are required to inform the commission of any incidents or accidents occurring during the operation of your facility, and in the case of a waste disposal CSS, of any modifications made.

If you fail to do so, you run the risk of generating a relationship of suspicion, which in terms of ICPE regulations may result in inspections by the departmental prefect, and a tightening of the technical requirements set out in your authorization order (the police prefect in Paris).
