Is it possible to protect some of the information communicated to CSS?
Yes, it is possible, under article R. 125-8-3 of Code de l’environnement , to ask the prefect of the département (the prefect of police in Paris) to exclude elements to be brought to the attention of the commission:
indications likely to infringe on trade secrets ;
indications likely to facilitate malicious acts.
