3. What is the role of CSS?

The missions of a CSS vary depending on whether it is :

  • a CSS ;

  • a CSS for waste disposal.

3.1 Site monitoring commission

The CSS fulfils the triple function of :

  • create a framework for exchange and information between the various representatives of the colleges on the actions you are taking to prevent risks to interests protected by ICPE regulations;

  • monitor your plant's activity throughout its life cycle, right up to the end of its activity;

  • promote public information on the protection of interests protected by ICPE regulations.
