3.1 Watch for the publication of the BAT Conclusions

The publication of BAT Conclusions triggers the obligation to review permit conditions, imposed by the IED regulations. There are currently four such documents: steel mills, cement-lime-magnesia production, glassworks and tanneries.

They can be consulted on the Ineris website (under Brief documents).
