3.1 The ICPEs concerned

The headings concerned by the DC regime are :

  • for products: 1413, 1414, 1434, 1436, 1510, 1511 ;

  • for activities: 2101, 2111, 2160, 2220, 2345, 2351, 2415, 2510, 2550, 2551, 2552, 2560, 2561, 2562, 2563, 2564, 2565, 2566, 2570, 2710, 2711, 2716, 2718, 2781, 2791, 2792, 2795, 2793, 2910, 2921, 2930, 2940, 2950 ;

  • for IED activities: there is currently no heading concerned by the DC regime in the third part of the nomenclature;

  • for hazardous substances and mixtures: 4110, 4210, 4220, 4310, 4330, 4331, 4510, 4511, 4610, 4701, 4702, 4710, 4714, 4718, 4734, 4735, 4736, 4738, 4739, 4740, 4741, 4745, 4755, 4802....
