4.1 Don't file an incomplete or irregular declaration

If you submit a file that does not include all the required documents (e.g., plans and graphic documents) or all the information requested (e.g., provisions in the event of a disaster, waste disposal arrangements), you run the risk of having your declaration challenged at a later date.
