3. Our advice

3.1 Submit your building permit application and your declaration file at the same time.

In this way, you can avoid having your building permit blocked by the town hall on the grounds that you have not provided proof that you have filed a declaration of classified installation with the prefecture. This document (PC 25) is listed in the "bordereau de dépôt des pièces jointes à une demande de permis de construire". The declaration and building permit procedures, which were previously independent, are now legally linked.
