4.1 Obtain the statutes of the association opposing your installation

In the event of a dispute with an association over the opening, operation or closure of your facility, you should be sure to check the conditions under which the association is empowered to act by its articles of association.

You'll need to check its corporate purpose (the activity for which the association was created) and the standing of its representatives (the respective roles of the president, the board of directors and the general meeting).
