3. What are the associations' resources?

Generally speaking, the associations' resources are varied: information, training, awareness-raising, material clean-up actions (e.g. waste removal), etc.

In the field of ICPE, their involvement can also take the form of more specific actions at different stages in the life of your facility.

3.1 Participation in the public inquiry

During the procedure for opening an ICPE subject to registration or authorization, one or more associations may intervene at the public inquiry stage. They are thus invited to make observations on the project to the investigating commissioner (see How the public inquiry works and the role of the investigating commissioner
