INTRODUCTION
You need to identify the chemical risk obligations that apply to you among the "proliferation" of international, European and national texts on chemical risk.
This fact sheet will provide you with an overview and a methodology for achieving this, without claiming to be an exhaustive inventory of existing regulations.
A good diagnosis of your company, combined with a systematic mapping or representation of regulations, will enable you to identify general and then more specific regulations.
To be exhaustive, your approach should start with step 1, followed by steps 2 to 4, although the order of these steps is not imperative. Finally, step 5 cannot be tackled without a qualitative knowledge of product composition.
