4. As a priority, draw up the CDCPF with your selected references and quantified quality targets that can be verified by testing.

These targets are to be validated by all your business partners and/or the project in which this design fits, by presenting your proposal in comparison with previous designs and competitor analyses, and with the items in the SWOT above. Specify the quality and reliability targets in the CDCPF specifications, and ensure that the quality of the expected results is consistent with the test procedures and resources put in place to verify these results.
