2.1 The project manager
Like the planner, the cost estimator works in close collaboration with the project manager, from project launch through to project closure. Cost monitoring and analysis are part of the project management tools. The cost tracking system will be developed jointly, with the aim of finding the best scenario for :

encourage dialogue with both project stakeholders and the organization's permanent structures;
