4. Schedule the integration of identified resources

Based on the above, the resources to be acquired must be programmed over time:

• human resources: multi-year hiring plan ;

• investment in specific development resources.

Because of the financial cost involved, in most cases it will be necessary to find solutions such as :

• recourse to services, in particular to deal with the most pressing problems, for example subcontracting to IT services companies;

• identification of industrial players to be integrated into the supply chain ;

• setting up a partnership strategy with specialized entities, notably universities.
