1. Table of contents of the risk management plan

The table of contents of the PMR is almost always the same for a given organization, even though the content of the PMR is highly dependent :

• the organization's project risk management policy ;

• the roles of management and project management ;

• type and method of project management: work, product, change, reorganization.

It will feature :

• Specific, Measurable, Agreed (an unagreed objective is a constraint!), "Timed" (SMART) MRP objectives for each phase, each system, each batch of the work breakdown structure (OT or WBS);

• the scope (inclusions-exclusions) and duration of the MRP, in relation to the above-mentioned objectives;
