Marc DESRUMAUX: Project Risk Consultant - D-RiX Consulting
INTRODUCTION
The risk management plan (RMP) clarifies the organization's policy on risks and opportunities:
boundaries and management of interfaces between health, safety and environment (HSE), operational safety (OSH) and drift in terms of costs, deadlines or other performances;
those involved in the analysis and treatment of risks and opportunities (R&O), taking into account the structure of the project and the phases defined to facilitate management;
the techniques and tools to be used by the aforementioned actors according to the phases and themes;
management of interfaces between project risk management (PRM) players, either through consolidation meetings, weighted rating systems, modeling or a combination of these approaches.
This practical guide uses an example to illustrate a procedure for team generation of a project's risk and opportunity management plan.
