Whichever method you choose, you and your workgroup must schedule a meeting to validate the functions.
Check :
logical sequence of decompositions ;
vocabulary: are verbs and complements appropriate?
the level of detail of certain functions: detailed development means extra time spent finding solutions, and therefore longer lead times;

graphic representation :
hierarchy of functions (top to bottom = most important to least important),
link between functions = respect the representation of operations to be performed simultaneously ( and ) or alternatively ( or ).
