1. Passing on experience is an investment

Experience and knowledge are the fruit of tasks and studies carried out over a period of time, and are acquired gradually, sometimes over an entire professional career. You must therefore be aware that, although they may be transmitted instantaneously, they are not immediately assimilated by your audience. The medium is therefore indispensable, but it is only a tool for transmitting knowledge. What's more, there's no such thing as an ideal medium; the effectiveness of the transmission depends essentially on how you use it to convey your knowledge.

For example:

  • technical reports, which can represent the state of the art in a given area;

  • PowerPoint presentations;

  • direct, oral transmission ;

  • the project follow-up file....
