7.1 Don't pay too much attention to the periodic review of what remains to be done
It's not easy to know in advance all the potential deviations on a project.
The important thing is to be fully aware of the risks involved, and to be able to propose one or more scenarios that are consistent with all the technical, commercial and contractual assumptions, so as to define at a given moment what remains to be done for each activity with the competent and concerned members of the project team.
