There are a number of things you can do to improve your assemblies.
3.1 Substrates
It is therefore advisable to :
know your materials down to the smallest detail, so you can understand their behavior under heat, mechanical stress and aging before, during and after assembly;
work on the nature of materials, and thus seek out more efficient materials;
treat materials before assembly: consider steaming your materials to eliminate internal stresses or drying them (to remove moisture from the material);
optimize part shapes for each joining technology: in ultrasonic welding, plan for energy directors, one solid part...
