4. Our advice

Training your staff, from operators to production managers, will enable you to master the assembly process. Rigor and understanding of all the parameters involved are the keys to success.

Non-conformities are often due to :

  • a step forgotten in the process (cleaning or steaming of welding rods, cleaning or degreasing of substrates, etc.);

  • a botched step, not in line with the supplier's established process (poor drying of solvents or adhesion primer, pressurization too low or too fast, air too dry or too humid for the chemical reaction, etc.);

  • a neglected factor: for example, cold combined with humidity causes parts to shatter (micro-cracks or large splinters, depending on the nature of the materials).
