1. Handle all situations requiring the integration of a new team member

Depending on the progress of the project, the involvement of one or more people in the project team can be planned from the outset, if it is linked to the start of a new phase of the project involving new skills. This situation is the simplest, as it is, by definition, included in the project management plan (PMP) [FIC 0882] . What's more, it's usually known to the team from the outset, even if the new people have not yet been appointed.

On the other hand, the arrival of new team members can be a response to more specific situations, normally foreseen in your Risks and Opportunities
