You need to define the rules governing the arrival of a newcomer to the PMP, whether this involves a new person being brought in during the course of the project, or dealing with an unforeseen event.

2.1 Recruitment

By defining skills, the scope of the mission within the project team, responsibilities, expected results, the resources made available to the newcomer, status and salary, etc. ;

Specify the type of recruitment (internal, external) ;

By choosing a profile consistent with that of the existing project team;

Based on your organization's rules and procedures;

Defining the integration schedule.
