5.1 Don't neglect the design of your reporting and management tools

When creating your tool, your objective is to have reliable data, and to be able to share it with as many people as possible. Don't forget that the clients of your Excel file may be people working on technical, financial or managerial aspects. The level of detail expected is generally different.
