4. Our advice

4.1 Establish simple, accessible indicators

When constructing a data table, the way in which the data is rendered is crucial. The classic risk is to create indicators capable of responding to several subjects at the same time, or to multiply the number of indicators.

Create tables with one or two indicators dealing with an issue (the most likely a priori ). Here, the first graph deals with the gap between budget and actual; the second looks at resources. If issues change, you can always upgrade your tool.
