6.1 Define a shared vision

  • Teams perform better when they have a vision, a "clear and motivating" objective, a "unique commitment".

  • It's the Product Owner's job to make sure the team is focused, and to find that clear, engaging goal.

  • Here are a few tools for establishing this shared vision: Elevator Statement, Product Vision Box, Magazine Review .
