5. Save initial planning
Before entering the initial planning, we recommend that you carry out a number of checks:
Checking the list of tasks and their sequence with a view to respecting start and end dates;
analysis of resource use and prioritization of tasks, enabling you to build different project scenarios;
visualization of the project's critical path and budget.
The initial schedule is the plan that serves as a reference throughout the project, and the one against which you will compare your project achievements.
