4.1 Auditing tasks

The Team Scheduler shows you when a task is behind schedule in relation to today's date by pointing the mouse over the task concerned. You'll then see the task's progress (in blue when it's on schedule).

This function can be used to prevent over-utilization. Although practical, it is less flexible than resource auditing. We recommend that you use it with caution, never forgetting to analyze the causes of overload and to contact the resources concerned...
