This function, which is available in the professional version of MS Project 2010, can only really be used after two prior steps:

  • construction of the project breakdown structure [FIC 0803] (SDP or WBS);

  • resource allocation.

The [Tools/Team planning/Format]tab of the ribbon displays all the team planning functions available to you.
