3. Team planning
Open the project and select the tasks for which resources are created and not already assigned.
In the [View] tab, click on [Shift planner]. Work] resources are displayed in the upper part of the screen. Clicking on the task at the bottom of the screen opens the [Task information] dialog box. The [Resources] tab is then displayed. The number of units corresponds to the number of people required to complete the task. Clicking OK confirms the information entered, and the task appears in the upper part of the screen.
The team planner only concerns the "work" resource.
