4.1 Maturities and skills in project risk management
A project "... is an operation in which human, financial and material resources are organized in an original way, to achieve..." and its management requires 50% or more of communication (reports, meetings, etc.). Most project risks and opportunities are likely to come from this sector. However, the sociological dimension of project systems is all too often ignored by MRP, and the attention of the players is focused solely on "project activities".
So, after a great deal of effort in rating each risk, those involved find themselves unable to offer a 3D vision. The human element reappears at the end of the MRP process, in the form of disagreements, when it comes to defining the responses to be provided... because...
