1. Prepare presentation materials

Don't rush into illegible Excel spreadsheets or boring PowerPoint.

To hold your audience's attention, it's best to use an original medium, or at least to liven up your slideshow sufficiently. Be sure to check that the content and flow of your presentation can easily be adapted to the medium you're planning, within the time allotted for this exercise.

  • The media must form a coherent whole, aligned with the project's strategy and often with its graphic charter. The company may already have identified a number of specific media, depending on the context (e.g., sales presentation materials for a customer, company presentation materials or marketing materials).
