5.1 Don't confuse "work" with "work operation".
The notion of "works operation" is broader than that of "work": as long as the works present a sufficient unity, they must be aggregated, even if they concern different works.
Until 2004, the value of all work relating to a single operation or structure was taken into account. Since 2004, the overall value of work relating to an operation involving one or more structures must be taken into account.
