Identify project issues

To understand the issues involved in a project, you first need to know what you're talking about, what a project is and what distinguishes it from a recurring activity.

As you go through the various stages of the project, this sheet will identify the project environment and its structure, as proposed by the PMI (project management institute), so that you can understand its contours, and provide you with the results you should expect from the project, so that you can control its progress and produce a deliverable within the budget and timeframe specified in the contract.
