 INTRODUCTION

You want to subcontract services or work for which you don't have the necessary equipment, skills or time. You're wondering how to draw up such a contract.

There are no specific legislative provisions governing the drafting of subcontracting contracts. The parties are therefore entirely free to draw up the contract, provided they comply with the conditions of validity set out in the French Civil Code.

However, the structure and certain clauses of the subcontracting contract deserve particular attention.
