APE

The APE code is an alphanumeric code of 4 digits + a letter, assigned by INSEE, which characterizes a company's main activity (APE): for example, 6 202 A for "Conseil en systèmes et logiciels informatiques".

Curatorship

Protection of a person of full age who needs advice due to an alteration in his or her personal faculties.

Customer

A person who asks a subcontractor to carry out services or work on his behalf.

Main contractor

A person who has made a commitment to the project owner to perform services or work.
