All aspects of the project must be covered, and the variable presentation must provide management with an overview of how the project is progressing.

The project team must collect all current information relating to its specialty, and provide the project manager with the necessary information to complete each section of the project presentation.

As the fixed presentation is more directly a general summary of the project, it will be made at the handover between the team that made the offer and the team responsible for carrying out the project.
