2. Structuring risk analyses
Risk analysis as described by PMI in its "Project Management Body Knowledge (PMBOK Guide)", and more specifically in the "Project Risk Management" Practice Standard, introduces the following methodology.
The aim of risk identification is to:
draw up as complete a list of risks and opportunities as possible;
characterize the risks and opportunities (R&O) of the list in line with the knowledge acquired about the project.
