2. Project implementation and actions

The project's key expression is "éminence grise", which can be translated as "an advisor with influence, but who remains in the shadow of a personality". In this case, the eminence grise will be Romain and Guillaume Cini, sons of the current directors and key men in this project. Romain was recruited in 2008, a few months before the crisis in the automotive industry, and Guillaume joined in 2013. It was during this same year that they became aware of the need to work on the family company's business model. As a result, they bring a fresh but sharpened eye thanks to their skills, knowledge and experience (management, financial management, production management, innovation, etc.).
