4. Setting up a CSR for participative innovation

Setting up a corporate social network to support and boost participative innovation can be approached in two different ways, depending on whether or not the organization already has a CSR in place.

Indeed, a number of organizations have already set up a cross-functional CSR to meet various needs requiring improved collaborative working and/or cross-functional communication. In this case, the main activity will be to deploy communities for participative innovation.
