In the activities involved in implementing KM within the group, it is possible to distinguish two main phases, which are closely linked, as follows:
September 2005 to November 2008: KM implementation based on a software platform and initial operational results;
December 2008 to September 2010: linking KM to the Group's strategic challenges and repositioning within the Group.
