1.1 Context

This industrial group, whose origins date back to the end of the 19th century, was built up through the gradual amalgamation of numerous regional, national and then international companies in the metallurgy sector, to become today the world leader in its field. From its origins to the present day, the Group has always focused on leveraging technical expertise, developing innovation and delivering high added value to its customers, and more recently on a global presence combined with a local footprint.
