5.1 Don't underestimate the stakes.
Don't think that addressing sustainability issues in your company is a minor problem that can be solved by assigning a task to a single manager, or that it can be put off indefinitely. If we want to leave a livable world for future generations, we need to engage in a fundamental reflection within the organization itself to think about the company of tomorrow. Consequently, the first step is to launch a think tank that will lead to monitoring, skills development, and a progress plan.
