4.1 Nantes: laying the foundations for co-construction of the project

In 2013, the French government is planning to widen Nantes' northern ring road. In this pioneering "tramway city", historically very attached to public transport, and at a time when the Notre-Dame-des-Landes airport project has been contested for a long time, this project can only be approached through co-construction.
