6.1 You will ensure that the functional analysis is carried out with the closest possible involvement of the stakeholders concerned.

External to the company :

• first and foremost customers and users, but also those who know their needs (distributors, processors, end consumers in the industry, other experts);

• for other life-cycle stages: manufacturers, after-sales, integrators...

And internal :

• sales people, marketing managers, designers... for ;

• after-sales, quality/safety/environment, maintainers... for other life phases.
