3. Review and outlook

Reporting from the platform throughout the program highlighted the following main points:

• Participant adherence to the program was very high, with 80-90% logging on three or more times a week, with an average log-on time of close to two minutes a day;

• the knowledge anchoring rate increased by more than 20% on average, so that after three iterations it was close to 100%;

• consolidation of knowledge on the topics covered was noted by a majority of participants, who more generally expressed the feeling that the program had helped them to master the key topics requested.
