5. Conclusion

In fact, even if innovation management, including open innovation, and change management are two distinct families of activities, it has to be said that the use of groups of all sizes to improve their effectiveness unites them in practice. The various dimensions, operating modes and results of groups were presented. In addition, the main methods for mobilizing groups of various sizes and the best practices for implementing them were described. The various software platforms available today to support their activities were presented and positioned.

It is clear from the above that, even though everyone is called upon to lead meetings, and to set up and run groups for different purposes, there are certain skills, know-how and behaviors that are essential to the efficient practice of these activities. It is all the more important to master these skills as group activities...
